Not only are the cakes very tasty and moist but the custom designs are NEXT LEVEL. Hands down one of the best specialty bakeries! My fav are the lilikoi bars, pistachio cupcakes, cheesecake bites, chocolate chip cookies, and her specialty cakes. They never miss a beat!
Hands down one of the best specialty bakeries. I have been to several events where the desert was the highlight of the party because of the amazing goodies from Brown Butter Bakery. Not only do her cakes look beautiful, but they taste incredible!! My favorites include the pistachio cupcakes, lilikoi bars, haupia pie and anything she does with strawberries. I ordered from her earlier this year for a baby shower I hosted. It was the easiest most wonderful experience ever. She was on time with my order and her packaging was perfect for transporting with out damaging. Will be ordering from Brown Butter Bakery for all events from now on.
Best desserts ever! The island flair that Nani provides with the unique flavors! I’ve had the opportunity to order a variety and range of products from cookies, lilikoi bars, fruit tarts, pies and cakes and even a wedding cake and I’ve never been disappointed! Everything has always been of the utmost quality and I will continue to purchase all my pastry needs from Nani & Brown Butter Bakery!
If you’re looking for delicious and beautiful desserts, I highly recommend Brown Butter Bakery. I’ve been a loyal customer of Chef Nani for years. I’ve ordered baked goods and speciality cakes for different occasions - birthdays, baby showers, graduations, dinner parties, you name it. The desserts are always a hit with my guests and I’m often met with sheer delight “OMG, I need to know who made this!” Seriously, they’re THAT good. And I love sending people her way because a talent like hers should shared! No gate-keeping over here. The quality of ingredients and artistic approach to all of her desserts are truly unique and one of kind. There is a level of thoughtfulness with every dessert she creates that makes it that much more special. Lots of favorites, but I especially love the lilikoi bars and guava cupcakes.
I highly recommend Brown Butter Bakery for all baked goods. Leilani is an extraordinary baker, she has created my wedding cake and I always ask her to do my kids birthday cakes. Also her seasonal pop up menus are superb! They are always sooo delicious, we can’t wait to eat it. And worth mentioning there’s never a piece leftover! You can always tell in Leilani’s artistry and innovation in her creations that she puts all her love into it plus top tier custom service!
Chef Nani went above and beyond. I sent a picture of the type of cake design I wanted and Chef Nani exceeded my expectations! Instead of a cake made to look like a pokeball, Chef Nani made a literal pokeball! The character shapes and font design made the entire birthday so much more memorable. On top of that, it was delicious! A pleasure to work with and will be my go-to baker for any future events. Thank you Chef Nani!
Leilani did a really great job with our baby shower cake. I showed her some inspiration photos, stated my budget, and she delivered my cake vision!! We got the cake with passion fruit cream and we loved it! We appreciated that it’s not too sweet, and that she could relate to our preference for minimal frosting/icing. I would totally order from her bakery again and recommend her bakery to anyone looking for a custom cake!
Chef Nani’s desserts are top notch. The perfect amount of moistness and sweetness. I have been a loyal customer for years! She’s done my wedding cake, multiple birthday cakes and every other occasion I can make an excuse to order from her. Highly recommend!
I absolutely HAD TO come on here and write this review praising Chef Nani's stellar work baking the cake for our daughter's first birthday party. It was her golden birthday, and I worked with Chef Nani to go from concept to a stunning creation that was a very tasty summer solstice lemon cheesecake. The process was swift, painless, professional, and was pleasant because of her cool and bubbly personality. She also delivered the cake personally, which was a huge bonus! I think we are going to recruit her skills for the birthday cake every year from now on. I already can't wait for next years cake!! P.S. the picture doesn't really do the cake justice since I'm not a great photographer and we broke a couple of the sunbeams. Also my daughter's face is blurred. Nevertheless, it was quite beautiful to behold, especially in the sunlight!!
I ordered a custom cake, cupcakes and cream brule cheese bites . So happy about the outcome of my cake it was absolutely awesome. The flavor is so good I had vanilla and mocha crunch for my cake. The cupcakes and cream brule bites so good. For sure I will order again. Thank you guys 😊
